What is your return policy for unused products?

Are Flymax carry-ons compliant with international airline regulations?
Most of our carry-on models are designed to meet the standard size requirements for major domestic and international airlines (22 x 14 x 9 inches), but we recommend checking with your specific carrier before flying.
How do I reset the TSA-approved lock on my suitcase?
Each suitcase comes with a detailed instruction card. Generally, you set the dials to 0-0-0, press the reset button with a pen, enter your new code, and slide the latch to lock it in place.
